We has joint venture with SUMITOMO corporation (Japan) (Legal capital rate 48/52) to be owner of Thang Long Industrial Park (TLIP) at Hanoi – one of the most successful industrial zone in North of Vietnam.

Thang Long Industrial Park is situated at an intermediate position along the highway which links the center of Hanoi and Noi Bai International Airport and its ideal locating offers easy access for transportation and commuting. The development and salable area of Phrase 1 is shown below.
