CKDA now, are

I.
Manufacturing
We are
proud of being the leading manufacturer, supplier and
implementation of the warranty services for the following
main product group
1. Product group
of foundry – Traditional products (since 1989).
Grinding
balls, grinder material and various spare parts made of
casting steel alloy, casting iron alloy and other materials
to serve for the industries of cement, thermo-electricity as
well as producing chemical fertilizer, sugar, paper, etc...
Presently,
with this product group we sell around 8000 tons/year for
domestic market (the biggest local manufacturer) and
exporting over 1000 tons/year. Grow rate : 10 – 15%/year.
2. Product
group of space frame (Since 2001).
These
products often used in constructing public projects and
industrial houses where need large span but without column
such as: Sport complex, stadium, super market, plant, etc...
Up to now,
we - the unique manufacturer in Vietnam invested complete
and modern equipment of Germany to manufacture space frame
with ball node design according to Europe’s standard. We
shared about 90% the domestic market and beginning exporting
to ASEAN countries
3. Product
group of Aluminum Profile (Extrusion) – new product (Since
2005).
These
products often used in constructing high building, household
furniture and parts for machine or industries of ship
building.. These products are extruded by the modern press
equipment system imported from leading manufacturer in the
World. After extrusion, the products will be treated surface
by Anodizing and/or Electrostatic painting and/or E.D
coating and/or film covering. The products reach to European
standard with the economic and effectiveness.
4. Other
products.
We also
manufacture other products such as non-standard product,
rotary mill, form work, support, various chain, fence,
special pipe, stairs and other structural steel product.
5. New
products.
Besides
traditional products, we always try to innovate in both
sectors technology and man to make more and more news
products satisfying our customer’s requirements: valve,
body valve, snow shoe plow, norcan furnace,…
II.
Trading and services.
We supply
maintenance and repairing services for construction machine
and vehicle. We also do trade imported product for cement
industry, trading petrol & oil...
III.
Co-operating & Join-venture.
We has
joint venture with SUMITOMO corporation (Japan) (Capital
rate 48/52) to set up Thang Long Industrial Park (TLi) at
Hanoi – one of the most successful industrial zone in
Vietnam.
Currently
(up to September of 2006), with 49 Japanese investor and
1,040,000,000$ registered investment capital had filled full
190 hectares of total area of phase 1&2. So we are expanding
more 110 hectares for phase 3 as well as set up new one in
